The Drakensberg Mountain range stretches across 1600 km from south to north through South Africa. Some of the range’s highest peaks are found along the KZN border with Lesotho and Free State: uKhahlamba, Barrier of Spears. This part of the mountains is also declared a world heritage site. We operate three tours into various sections of the mountains, also called the ‘Berg’ by the locals. Both a one-day and a two day tour visit the southern section and a three day tour covers the central and northern parts of the Berg.
The Garden Route is an exceptionally scenic area sandwiched between the Indian Ocean and the Outeniqua Mountain range. From secluded beaches, woodland valleys, clear riverine beauty and dense indigenous forests to the majestic mountain peaks, it truly resembles a garden created by Mother Nature. We have several tours with different durations operating through this area departing from both Cape Town and Port Elizabeth on either side of the Garden Route.
A piece of wilderness between the Crocodile and Sabie rivers was proclaimed as a national park in 1898. Since then the Kruger National Park has grown to nearly 20 000km,2 and became one of the world’s greatest reserves. We operate tours to the park from both Durban and Johannesburg. Alternatively we can design a fly-in package into one of the several airports in the area. You can also drive yourself around and stay overnight in one of the many public rest camps that we are able to arrange for you.
The Panorama Route consists of one breath-taking view after another where you'll experience mountains, forests, mountain streams, spectacular falls and the truly impressive Blyde River Canyon, one of the world's largest canyons. Other marvellous visits are to the Pinnacle, God’s Window and some of the picturesque villages dotted around. We operate several tours through this impressive area from Johannesburg and Durban coupled with amazing wildlife experiences when descending down the escarpment to the Lowveld.
The Battlefields in the region of KwaZulu-Natal bring to life the historical yet bloody Zulu-Anglo-Boer wars that played out here over a 70-year period. The early Settlers who emigrated from the Cape were in constant conflict with the Zulu and later the British joined the tussle, all basically for control of the fertile land! Some of the most famous battles in this region we visit are the battle of Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift, the battle of Blood River, Spioenkop and the siege of Ladysmith.
Shaka Zulu turned the Zulus into one of sub-Saharan Africa’s fiercest armies and formed the Zulu nation. Today we explore by guided tour the culture, wildlife, lakes, bushveld, flood plains, densely forested dunes and fascinating eco systems that exist along this Zululand coast. This is one of the few places that still exist where one can stand on one of the world’s highest forested dunes, look west and witness a lion kill, turn east and watch elephants wandering on the beach while whales and dolphins play in the lukewarm waters of the Indian Ocean!
Our overland tours are designed to be combined together to form longer tours around the country and here we have combined some of our most popular tours as ready-made countrywide packages. Overland tours start off with durations as short as 2 days/1 night all the way 7 days/6 nights and they are all designed to be ‘plugged in’ together to form longer packages suited to your requirements. You could have lots of fun designing your own countrywide package if you do not find what you are looking for under the COUNTRYWIDE TOURS already put together for your convenience. Please contact us if you get stuck or to book your package, or merely do it online!
I would thoroughly recommend this company for their touring expertise as I am sure, from my own experience, their itineries would be well planned and expertly executed.

Cape Town is a sophisticated city at the gateway to the majestic African continent. It has become an attraction for many celebrities, artists and tourists alike. Our tours are designed to show the city off in all its diverse facets and tours to destinations such as the scenic Garden Route, the semi-desert Karoo and along the beautiful coastline to the sub-tropical holiday city of Durban on the east coast, go further to enhance your experience of this beautiful coastal landscape!
Johannesburg is the largest city and financial hub of South Africa and has a few endearing names such as Jozi, Jo'burg, eGoli, and Joeys . It is the provincial capital of Gauteng, the wealthiest province in South Africa and the city form falls within the 50 largest urban agglomerations in the world. Johannesburg is also the hub and entry port for many airlines from the region and internationally. Hence we have quite a few tours departing from here to The Kruger National Park, Sun City, the Cradle if Humankind and most of our countrywide packages start here.
Durban is South Africa’s premier holiday destination! The sub-tropical climate ensures year-round beach weather, enjoyed along the endless golden beaches. The city is often called the ‘Melting Pot of Eastern, African and Western cultures and the food and beguilement is testimony to this. Less than three hours from the city by road, one can enjoy the highest mountain peaks in South Africa, real African bush, a huge variety of wildlife including Africa’s Big Five, some the highest forested dunes in the world and coastal lakes making this a must see destination. Our tours cover all these important areas and further, stretching as far as Kruger National Park and Cape Town.
Port Elizabeth, also called ‘Nelson Mandela Bay’, is one of South Africa’s largest cities situated along the south-eastern coast of the country. It is often called the ‘Friendly City’ and is primarily a holiday destination for the locals in the area and further inland with huge sandy beaches. It also effectively demarcates the eastern border of the scenic Garden Route and a perfect beginning or end to a tour through this scenic area! We conduct daily departures through the Garden Route to Cape Town and later this year we shall offer day tours around the city as well. Addo Elephant National Park is around an hour away by road.
