Kruger Park Safari - 5 Days, including Waterberg Area.

On this Kruger Park Safari, we view the Big 5 animals, Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo in their natural habitat, as well as a range of smaller animals and bird life. This wilderness experience is a must, and the search, hunt, find and viewing the wildlife in their natural habitat is guaranteed to get you excited. Hearing the "Sounds of the Wildlife" from your camp at night is particularly rewarding. Evening Game walks can also be incorporated in your safari experience. This 5 Day Kruger park Safari also explores the Panorama Route and lesser known Waterberg Mountains. We also spent time in the Magoebaskloof Mountains, an area of immense beauty. We depart early morning on this Kruger Park Safari and drive eastwards via Witbank and Middelburg to Nelspruit and enter the Kruger Park in the south. Our encounter with the wild life starts here. Tonight we enter our camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 of this Kruger Park Safari is completely devoted to game viewing as we search for the 'Big Five', Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino, amongst other animals. We reach our camp at sunset for dinner and overnight. Some may want to do a night drive in an open game viewing vehicle utilizing high powered spotlights to find the nocturnal animals (optional).

After a final game drive and breakfast, on this 3 rd day of this Kruger Park Safari, we drive via Kowyn's Pass to the Escarpment and visit Bourke's Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, God's Window and the Lisbon Falls.
Then we travel through the Abel Erasmus Tunnel and descend down to the Lowveld en-route to Tzaneen. Explore the town and travel into the Magoebaskloof pass where our hotel is situated. The rest of the afternoon you can embark on short explorations around the hotel and marvel at the scenic views. Magoebaskloof Hotel.

On day 4 of this Kruger Park Safari we travel from Pietersburg to the Waterberg area and to our private nature reserve.
After check-in, commence on an open vehicle drive in the Waterberg Mountains with magnificent views into the valleys. Overnight Wildside luxury Tented Camp - Entabeni Reserve.

Rise early for your game viewing drive on the final day of the Kruger Park Safari. An optional helicopter trip is available and definitely not for the fainthearted! Spot the wildlife across the ravines or in the valleys. Unfortunately it is time to leave this paradise and you arrive at the chalets to check out and drive to Johannesburg via Pretoria for a short tour of the city. Some of the highlights are the Voortrekker Monument, Kruger House and the Union Buildings.
