We enjoyed every minute! Our trip was beyond what I expected. Your tour guides have vast knowledge.

We saw animals very up close and personal; the accommodations were excellent (especially Simola); the transportation was set up and organized to suit our itinerary; the weather threatened but cooperated (sometimes at the last minute); and the scenery along the way was spectacular. The Drakensburg Boys Choir was super excellent!

In summary, you did a great job getting us into several countries (we did take the day trip to Chobe and it is recommended) and setting up all our requested stops. One thing we found out for your future information is that in going to Zambia to catch our flight to Johannesburg - they would not issue a day trip visa for $20, they insisted on the $50 version. Lil was apprehensive about the trip and she gave it a thumbs up. We had a few glitches, but in retrospect that is what makes traveling interesting.
